   The first Funding Circle loan originated

   British Business Investment commences lending  
3. **2016**  
   First public securitisation SBOLT 2016-1 (£129m)  
4. **2018**  
   Corporate IPO (LSE:FCH) and SBOLT 2018-1 (£221m)  
5. **2019**  
   SBOLT 2019-1, SBOLT 2019-2 and SBOLT 2019-3 (£695m)  
6. **2020**  
   Funding Circle becomes a CBILS and BBLS accredited lender  
7. **2021**  
   RLS-accreditation, SBOLT 2021-1 (£235m) and Funding Circle’s FlexiPay line of credit product launched  
8. **2022**  
   Funding Circle re-starts full commercial lending  
9. **2023**  
   SBOLT 2023-1 (£239m) and RLS 3 launched  
10. **2024**  
    SBOLT 2024-1 (£255m), GGS launched and Funding Circle’s credit card launched  
11. **2025**  
    SBOLT 2025-1 (~£400m) and GGS renewed  
12. **2026**  
    SBOLT 2026-1 (£353m)
